Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards are subject to expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and free spin winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will be removed from the player's account without further notice. Void Bets: wino12 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault; (b) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the odds or game outcome was affected by a palpable error; (d) the event was cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant sport rules, or otherwise rendered void; or (e) there is evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity. Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.
Casino and Slot Game Rules: All casino games and slot titles available on the wino12 platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Account Suspension & Closure
wino12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or a player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their wino12 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon verified account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered and verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding investigations.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. wino12 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The administrative fee will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any updated verification requirements.

Balance on Closure: Where an account is closed by wino12 due to a Terms breach, the handling of any account balance will depend on the nature and severity of the breach. Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions: wino12 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, network outages, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
